VoiceLah! supports optional integration with third-party AI services for text enhancement features. When using these services:
You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter). You must comply with their respective terms of service.

VoiceLah! and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Whisper model used for transcription is provided by OpenAI under the MIT License. Other third-party components may be subject to their own licenses.
You retain all rights to your audio recordings and transcribed text. We do not claim any ownership over content you create using VoiceLah!.
VoiceLah! is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoiceLah! is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
